I ordered four handmade gothic raven lanterns, but the experience was disappointing. The delivery took too long, and I couldn't track my order. I had to contact the company twice via email to voice my concerns. When the order finally arrived, two lanterns were broken, with detached tails, and one light didn’t function. The product quality did not meet my expectations considering the price. Therefore, I opted against returning them, as it didn't seem worth my time. I'm now reluctant to place future orders unless my issues are resolved.
