I purchased a dress January 24th, which I am just receiving February 16th. I have been in correspondence with a rep who assured me I would receive my dress. The dress looks NOTHING like the dress on the picture. I took a chance on this site, I normally don't trust any of these site. Unfortunately I did not look at the reviews until a week after the dress was purchased. Although it was only 43.00 it's still my 43.00 I could have done something better with. Although this is not a laughing matter, this dress looks like a first time seamstress. If any sees this don't waist your time or money!
I would rate this a zero if possible. I ordered what I believed was a charming cotton guinea pig t-shirt for my sister. It arrived in terrible condition, made of a very thin, shiny material and was excessively large! Not at all as described. I have reached out multiple times for a refund but have received no response. This feels like a scam; I strongly advise against it! I won't be misled by an online ad again. I hope these reviews help others steer clear of the service.
I ordered four handmade gothic raven lanterns, but the experience was disappointing. The delivery took too long, and I couldn't track my order. I had to contact the company twice via email to voice my concerns. When the order finally arrived, two lanterns were broken, with detached tails, and one light didn’t function. The product quality did not meet my expectations considering the price. Therefore, I opted against returning them, as it didn't seem worth my time. I'm now reluctant to place future orders unless my issues are resolved.
The item I received is completely different from what was advertised. It has a different shape and material altogether. Their photographs are not trustworthy. The prices are very high for a nylon garment that took weeks to arrive. The lounge suit I received would have cost very little elsewhere.

I would give zero stars if possible. I wish I had seen this website before placing my order. The attractive sweater I received was just a cheap, flammable polyester fabric with a design printed on it. It looks nothing like what was advertised. Their scheme is to take your money and send you subpar products, and when you complain, they offer a 20% refund, claiming that returning it to overseas would be too costly. This is a deliberate scam since no one would actually want to wear what they receive. SCAM SCAM SCAM. They should really be shut down.
The quality is terrible and does not match what was shown in the pictures. The fabric feels cheap, and I am unhappy with their return policy. They only offered a 20% refund, claiming that returning it would be too expensive for me since they are overseas.
I placed an order on November 1st, and while the seller confirmed it, I never received any shipping information. After requesting an update and later a cancellation and refund, communication completely stopped. I have now opened a dispute to recover my money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
This is a complete scam – the item advertised was not what I received. It was described and pictured as a knit sweater, but what I got was a low-quality polyester sweatshirt with a print of a sweater. There is zero customer service for returns or refunds.
