The unit works fin. The only thing is, if the Inogen is drop and you have purchased the warranty it doesn't cover. Also if you brake the nipple where the hose lead connects it's not cover either. Why don't you replace the nipple with a stainless steel connector it's a lot stronger than you aluminum one you have on it. You can charge $5 or $10 more to us and we will pay it. So my question is why would not cover all of the unit not just some parts. You know most of the your sells are of the older people. Thanks in advancePhyllis
