Have failed to deliver 8 items now! After speaking to their comedic customer service department in India for some 2.6 hours, I made a 20 mile round trip to the local depot to get it sorted.
After the first depot visit, a signed for letter was sent to the depot manager, advising that should further visits be required, there would be a £100 charge for each one.
Subsequent to my first depot visit there has been a need to make 2 more, to prevent goods being returned to the sender in China.
Yodel head office in Liverpool has been sent a letter of intent regarding this, and should they fail to comply with my requirements, a money claim online will be pursued in relation to whatever depot visit charges are outstanding at the time the claim is made.
