The service has recently really gone down hill, with packages lost and poor tracking information. I called InPost customer service, and the man told me there had been an investigation into my missing parcel, but it’s been closed and they will not give me any more information as part of their terms and conditions. He then put the phone down on me after I pushed as to why I couldn’t know what the outcome was.
