Driver tried to deliver parcel 3 days ago, box full but did not drop off to another within 1km as their policy states. This happened twice more and in the end I had to camp outside the box itself for 4 hours to ensure I got my parcel. Not enough spaces for amount of parcels. I phoned inpost to see why parcel had not been redirected each day and they couldnt awnsner and hung up on me Awful awful service. Will not use again.
