It’s the first time I have used this service and would have no hesitation in using it again to send a parcel. The online instructions I received were very clear and easy to follow. Actually using the lockers was also easy. I just followed the instructions on the screen at the lockers, it opened the locker to use automatically, I placed my parcel in and shut the door, received an online receipt and InPost kept me updated throughout transport and delivery. Excellent.
