The in post locker my parcels were delivered to, was broken. I contacted in post and the lady I spoke to was rude and impatient. I asked if they were able to tell me when the locker was fixed as I will like to pick up my parcels, she said yes. I then emailed just to double check what to do as the lady had been so rude. I initially had a good response, but after explaining and asking to be able pick up the parcels the parcels, I then had a response saying, good news! Your parcels have been returned to the sender! It wasn’t good news to me! Somehow the seller was then told that both my parcels had been delivered which created more difficulty and wastes my time. After all this I checked the locker again over 7 days later. The locker had finally been fixed and my parcels were inside. Unhelpful staff and terrible service what a waste of my time. I will not be using In post again.
