Everything had been functioning smoothly until the purchases made on 27th November. It seems that the day was particularly busy, and the courier couldn't find any available lockers. As a result, the items were sent back to the seller without my knowledge. The seller might receive the returned package and have my funds released to them if they're fortunate. The platform claims that I didn't click the 'I have an issue' button… but how could I do that if I was unaware of any problem? I'm shocked that this is permissible and I won't be using their services again.
