I have used the service many times and generally found it satisfactory. However, in the past few weeks, they have failed to locate two parcels in their system. One would think an automated process would prevent this. After reaching out to their automated customer support, they were unable to inform me about the whereabouts of the parcels or what happened to them in one of their sorting facilities. Additionally, there's a 25-day wait before they declare the parcels as lost. It's concerning how a service can misplace parcels.
