Frustrating experience with package compartment

The box containing my package was stuck, resulting in a 'couldn’t open compartment' error. I reached out to the support team and was informed that an engineer would be sent. However, when I returned later, my partner had to force the door open, and I encountered the same error again. I won't be trying this again.
