In post, there are claims of tracking and timely arrival. However, I have faced issues three times trying to find sent items. This particular item has been stuck in a warehouse since December 10, and I have received NO ASSISTANCE in locating it... no tracking information whatsoever. It was an item I sold on a platform. I have reached out to both the platform and the service for tracking, but both have declined to help. From now on, I will only use a different postal service. There's too much reliance on AI these days and a lack of genuine customer support.
