Delivery commitments are frequently unmet, with items being left on the roadside. This has proven to be a total waste of time and resources. I’ve requested to close my account and return all my packages to the sellers, as I will no longer engage with this logistics provider. It’s hard to believe these drivers are permitted to operate vehicles. The customer service is frustratingly ineffective, and the chat support is less helpful than a simple piece of paper.
