First experience with the service was a disaster

I used the service for the first time and my items were lost right away. Some of my goods are non-compensatory, and there’s clearly a description provided when setting up the delivery. It’s alarming that non-compensatory items just vanish into the service’s hands. I had candles and bath salts, with the salts in a glass bottle, making them non-compensatory. I spent £45, and according to tracking, they never even left the locker—it's like they disappeared into thin air. They have all the loopholes covered, so no claims can be made whether items are lost or broken. I strongly advise against using this service; they are nothing but scammers.
