My parcel went back and forth from Lutterwoth to Warrington 4 times. the chatbot was useless and the 5...yes 5 customer service agents were hopeless, some even blaming the sender🤷♂️. They had it a full week and when it finally arrived I got an apology message a few hours later saying that they aim to get your package to you soon and there is a dedicated team working on it😂They said it had been put in the wrong locker, but the timeline on the app said it had never reached any destination other than the depots It is now too late for the birthday so I had to get something else quick. I asked about compensating me and they told me that the sender would have to deal with it....Absolute joke
