Inpost changed the tracking number on my parcel after drop off. Vinted immediately said I didn't send my return - I lost £35. Vinted refuse to look at my photo evidence and inpost receipt. Inpost don't care wont offer me a refund /compensation - my parcel is still going around the UK from Inpost warehouse to warehouse 2 months later! Raising with ombudsman / card company.
