I usually love inpost. Communication is excellent as is customer service.
Unfortunately I'm giving a low score for my recent experience because their business model doesn't make sense to me.
I sold an item on vinted and the buyer chose Inpost for delivery.
The item was delivered to a locker chosen by the buyer but she didn't bother picking it up.
This was despite being informed by me, vinted and inpost that the parcel was at her chosen locker.
She read the messages I sent her but ignored them and didn't bother collecting it.
Inpost return any undelivered parcels to the sender and don't charge the buyer postage.
This means if people can't be bothered to collect parcels they get all their money back.
Inpost must lose a lot of profits because of this happening.
If a buyer doesn't collect their parcel they should not be refunded the postage.
