RESPONSE TO INPOST: The seller dud contact customer service and got nowhere! Please read the ALL of the review where I stated that!
It works really well until it doesn't - then it's abominable!
I sent a package to a buyer via Vinted nearly 2 weeks ago. However the lockers on her side have broken down and she cannot access the package.
She has contacted inpost to bake a complaint and ask when she can access her package. I have not been notified by inpost except that it's waiting for the seller to pick it up. It's only when I contacted her to ask what's happening I have learned this.
According to her, Inpost continues to be ineffective around how and when this situation is resolved.
It has resulted in potential:
Loss of money for her - for a service she has paid for
Loss of money for me - for an item that I have sent to her
Please tell me how this will be resolved so that this lady gets her parcel, so I get my money.
I STRONGLY recommend that when this happens BOTH parties are informed with ETAs for how this is resolved. Life is busy and stressful enough without having to deal with things like this, especially when it's a service that's being paid for!
