Customer service is absolutely shocking. I purchased a jacket costing over £100 via vinted the app stated going to be delivered on the 28/02@ 10.10. @ 13.26 stated delivered but my husband waited all day due to me being working i then got notification that it was sent back to the sender. I phoned today 02/03 to be talked down to over the phone by someone foreign that wouldn't give me the time of day. Im sorry but this is not acceptable I paid for a service which you couldn't even be bothered talking to me/ talking over me. Inpost please look into youre Customer service..
