Generally have a good experience with inpost, I do use quite a lot for vinted, returning parcels etc, however the couple of times I have had a problem, such as locker doors not opening, they are pretty useless at solving any problems, and it once took a week to repair a locker which meant that I had missed the window to collect 2 parcels.
