Milano is a big city. Maybe they have problems to realize that. I am supposed to pickup a package in the other side of the city, at least 45 minutes with public transport because they are not able to understand the city map. After my complaint with the form on the website they say the pickup point is just 0,24 km from my house but in reality it is 4 km. Arr they so bad organized that they have no longer pickup points in my regio? It is a huge stupidity and incompetent behavior.
