Tracking shows delivered and collected via InPost, but I did not receive any PIN code and did not collect the parcel. Please confirm what phone number and email were attached to this shipment
when I have recieved the email that the package is at the collection point I came up and it turned out I had to receive the QR code which I never did. In two days after wrigting the letter of complains to the seller I am recieving the email with qrcode.
When I come to the collection point during the assigned working hours, the door was closed and the note at the door that the worker will be back soon and phone number. No one answered by this phone number. I have been waiting for 30 minutes and had to leave.

Milano is a big city. Maybe they have problems to realize that. I am supposed to pickup a package in the other side of the city, at least 45 minutes with public transport because they are not able to understand the city map. After my complaint with the form on the website they say the pickup point is just 0,24 km from my house but in reality it is 4 km. Arr they so bad organized that they have no longer pickup points in my regio? It is a huge stupidity and incompetent behavior.
Quick and accurate locker delivery. Everything arrived intact. However, the condo deliveries lack consideration; packages are simply left on the mailboxes and could easily be taken by someone else. It seems the couriers are likely underpaid...
At the beginning of December, I sent Christmas gifts from one country to another. The package arrived at its destination but was sent back the very next day. I later received an email stating that it was returned because I hadn't picked it up, which is simply untrue — I couldn't collect it as it was never delivered to a pickup point.
The service later confirmed that this was due to a procedural error. While I understand that mistakes can occur, the response lacked an apology, an explanation on how future errors would be prevented, and any goodwill gesture — just a basic refund.
Unfortunately, the situation became even more frustrating. My parents resent the package, and once again, as soon as it reached the destination, it was sent back. The same email, the same explanation, the same failure.
As a result of these repeated procedural mistakes, I ended up with no Christmas gifts at all. What disappoints me most is that the initial mistake was not corrected and happened again. The lack of support from the helpline and the absence of an apology in the official response only added to my frustration.
This experience highlighted a serious lack of accountability and customer care. Consequently, I will not be using this service again.
Ho scelto la consegna a casa per un pacco importante, ma due volte hanno simulato di tentare la consegna. Lavorando da casa, sono sempre presente. Non hanno mai cercato di contattarmi, né telefonicamente né tramite citofono. È stato tutto un bluff. Se offrite la consegna a domicilio e poi non la rispettate, non ha alcun senso.
Questa è la mia prima volta con il servizio di consegna, poiché il negozio da cui ho ordinato ha utilizzato questo metodo per spedire il mio pacco. Sfortunatamente, l’esperienza è stata insoddisfacente. Avevo specificato chiaramente il punto di ritiro più vicino, ma il servizio ha ignorato la mia richiesta e ha lasciato il pacco in un armadietto molto più lontano: circa 2,1 km da casa mia e 1,5 km dal punto di ritiro selezionato.
Ritengo poco professionale non rispettare la scelta del cliente per la consegna, soprattutto quando ci sono opzioni molto più comode e vicine. Questa mancanza di attenzione ha reso il ritiro del pacco inutilmente complicato e scomodo.
