I sent a light parcel as a Christmas gift from the UK to Poland, paying £15 for shipping and an additional £15 in customs fees. Once the service took over in Poland, the tracking showed that the recipient refused the parcel, even though they were home all day; no one knocked, and no delivery note was left. Today, the tracking indicates it has been returned to the sender. When I called support, they said there was nothing they could do. They never attempted delivery, marked it as refused, and sent it back across Europe. I can't fathom why they didn't at least leave it in one of the lockers nearby. It's frustrating to have spent money on such poor service. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
