Review Time
I do not recommend home deliveries! No one tells you what time deliveries will be made. The courier calls you, you tell him you'll be there in an hour and a half. He says that's fine and to call him back. You confirm and the courier tells you that it's too far away and that he'll try again tomorrow... Conclusion: the package will never arrive and will be lost. When you call customer service, the person repeats what is written on the screen: You weren't there. What a disappointment. I recommend UPS or DPD, which are more adaptable to home delivery.
It is the sixth day since my package was handed over to the courier for delivery. It is the third day that I have been regularly contacting customer support to get any information about my package. For the third day in a row, they themselves do not have any information. They say they are handling my case, but I see no results at all. In the time I have been regularly reaching out to support, they could have easily obtained at least some information, let alone delivered the package.
I was advised to file a complaint, and here is the response I received: "We have reviewed the shipment details and found that the information from the person submitting the complaint does not match the address label. Complaints from unauthorized individuals are treated as if they were never filed." I am perplexed as to why I am deemed "unauthorized" to complain when I paid for the shipment and was specifically instructed to do so. Your reply suggests that only the recipient can raise a complaint, leaving the paying customer out of the process. This was never communicated to me, and I submitted my complaint in good faith. Dismissing my complaint based on this reasoning is both confusing and unjust. Please clarify who is allowed to submit a complaint and how I, as the paying customer, should proceed.
I sent a light parcel as a Christmas gift from the UK to Poland, paying £15 for shipping and another £15 for customs fees. After the service took over in Poland, the tracking indicated that the recipient refused the parcel, despite them being home all day, with no one knocking or leaving a delivery note. Now it shows it has been returned to the sender. When I called the support team, they said there was nothing they could do. They never attempted delivery, marked it as refused, and sent it back across Europe. I can't understand why they didn't leave it in one of the nearby lockers. It's frustrating to have paid for such inadequate service. I strongly advise against using this service.

Today, I was supposed to receive a parcel; however, no one arrived with it. When I checked the app and website, it showed that it was delivered. I tried to investigate but received no clear update on my parcel's status. I filed a reclamation, but as we know, no one seems to care. I've informed the shop and will urge them to follow up. I ordered a laptop, so it may be that the personnel were aware and decided to deceive. I will seek the truth, but from now on, I will avoid this service.
