Today, I was supposed to receive a parcel; however, no one arrived with it. When I checked the app and website, it showed that it was delivered. I tried to investigate but received no clear update on my parcel's status. I filed a reclamation, but as we know, no one seems to care. I've informed the shop and will urge them to follow up. I ordered a laptop, so it may be that the personnel were aware and decided to deceive. I will seek the truth, but from now on, I will avoid this service.
