I sent a light parcel as a Christmas gift from the UK to Poland, paying £15 for shipping and another £15 for customs fees. After the service took over in Poland, the tracking indicated that the recipient refused the parcel, despite them being home all day, with no one knocking or leaving a delivery note. Now it shows it has been returned to the sender. When I called the support team, they said there was nothing they could do. They never attempted delivery, marked it as refused, and sent it back across Europe. I can't understand why they didn't leave it in one of the nearby lockers. It's frustrating to have paid for such inadequate service. I strongly advise against using this service.
