I like how the app and the system works very fluent, in general I dont have to worry as all my shipments always arrive on time at the picking point selected, definitely is very convenient, if you order multiple packages they manage to delivery all in once at the packotmat.
The interaction with the app is very great, you can rate each delivery just after the parcel received in case something happens, also you can invite a coffee (small tip) for the courier if you want!
