Received a damaged item despite packaging!

I ordered a collectible figure with its box, and it arrived in terrible condition! If the delivery service can't understand the meaning of 'fragile,' they should consider a different line of work because my package looked like it was run over by heavy machinery! This has been my worst experience to date!
