JJD0002233573176903 Parcel was refused by shop staff at drop off ( collection was ok ) because they said it was too heavy , it was 12 kilo , 3 below the allowed limit.My issue now is in waiting over ten days for its return It’s not the first time I’ve issues with ships refusing parcels which meet the criteria
