I placed my order on December 4th to ensure it arrived in time for Christmas. It was marked as shipped on the 12th, but I still haven't received it, and the tracking hasn't updated. While I was offered a discount for a future order, I just want my original order or a refund or replacement! I am hesitant to order again after this experience.
