Found this shop through an Instagram ad and placed an order in December 2025. There was a delay in shipping, but Tina from customer service responded quickly and even offered a discount. One item arrived incorrect, but she explained the issue and quickly arranged shipment of the correct item. Really appreciate their responsiveness in resolving the issue.
Other than that, the shop provides cute designs and good quality prints.
I’ve recently ordered 2 t-shirts and I’m in love! Also huge shoutout to the customer service, my order got somehow lost and IPWT or the tracking company couldn’t find it. Luckily once I contacted them via email, amazing Hani helped me with everything and secured me an order for replacement, which was shipped in the next week right away. Huge thank you!

I am seeking a full refund for my order. Numerous comments indicate you won't receive your items or money back. They do not respond to emails and are deleting negative comments on social media. Shipping can take over a month if you’re fortunate enough to receive anything. I need a real solution, not a generic response.
I placed my order on December 4th to ensure it arrived in time for Christmas. It was marked as shipped on the 12th, but I still haven't received it, and the tracking hasn't updated. I wish I could rate this company with zero stars. I placed my order on December 9th during a sale, spending nearly £60 and selecting expedited shipping. After two weeks, my order still hasn't been sent. I reached out via email and was told they would follow up, but three days later, there’s still no update. They even offered a discount for a future order, but that doesn't compensate for my unshipped order! As a first-time customer, I will not be returning. I have requested a refund as this is unacceptable!
