I wish I could rate this company with zero stars. I placed my order on December 9th during a sale, spending nearly £60 and selecting expedited shipping. After two weeks, my order still hasn't been sent. I reached out via email and was told they would follow up, but three days later, there’s still no update. They even offered a discount for a future order, but that doesn't compensate for my unshipped order! As a first-time customer, I will not be returning. I have requested a refund as this is unacceptable!
