Ordered prints, and at checkout said it would ship within 2-7 days. A month later it finally shipped, however they wrote the INCORRECT address on the parcel which wasn't the one I provided at checkout nor the one that was on the confirmation email, and so it went to a totally different address. Customer service still yet to respond and this was weeks ago. Avoid at all costs.Edit: In response to their reply on my review a *year* later, I never got a reply from their customer service when I enquired beyond an automated email saying they will reply soon, and I had to go to the address they had wrongly written on my parcel, and thankfully the person there was honest enough to give it to me. And upon checking the parcel, it was indeed the wrong address, one which I had NOT supplied, nor the one that was on my confirmation email. Thinking it was a one off (and the fact one of my favourite artists only sell through this site) I bought anyother item a few months later, only for the same address error to happen. Needless to say, I will never buy from them again as it seems they cannot write the correct address on my parcel despite it being given to them, and they answer to their customer queries a year after it was made :)
