Awful company and customer service. I ordered 10 prints from my favorite artist back in January. They promised 5-10 days for shipping. The order took over a month to arrive and by that time I had moved, so the prints got sent back to INPRNT. I asked for a replacement and finally received the prints today (May 13th) over 5 months later. The prints were packaged so poorly that they all arrived completely bent, ripped, and ruined. There was zero instructions on the envelope they arrived in warning the postal service not to bend. At this point I just want a refund because the print quality was worse than my color printer at home and I don’t want to wait another year for a replacement. I will never purchase anything through them again.
