I just want my money back. Why is this hard?

I made an order eight days ago. I accidentally ordered two copies of a print instead of one. I contacted them immediately and asked to change the order.They replied that they could not change an order once it had been placed, but were able to completely cancel the order and would issue a refund "in several days."I still have not received my refund. I wrote them asking about my refund status. They now say that a refund can take eight to ten business days -- up to another week. This order was through Paypal, it's not like they have to cut a check or anything. If they had issued a refund on the same day, I would have been able to re-buy the print I wanted and we'd both be happy.
