The CUSTOMER SERVICE I received from IN SEASON JEWELRY was exceptional. I placed my first order and realized that I had not sent it to the correct address. I emailed them with my situation and expressed to them the importance of fixing this because it was a very important gift for my granddaughters birthday. I received a response almost immediately that they had corrected my error. They even screen shot the shipping label showing me that it was fixed!
