Review Time
I paid extra to receive my order in 2-4 days and it’s been nearly 2 weeks and I still have not received my order. When I reached out to customer service about this I was told I could refuse the order upon delivery. This was not a helpful “solution” since it’s 1.USPS delivery so it would likely either get placed inside my mailbox or 2.delivered to my mailroom. After I stated this the customer service representative said that because it was in transit that there was not a way to submit a refund. I would have to wait until it arrived first then contact them to process the refund. That was a week ago. I just checked my tracking number and the package has somehow been rerouted back to the sender. I sent a follow up email in regards to this and will see what comes back. If the package was somehow rerouted and was never informed on this that’s an awful way to conduct business.

I spent a lot of time this holiday season looking for children's jewelry and I came upon In Season Jewelry. I was very impressed with their designs, variety, selection, value and transparent pricing. I purchased 6 items which came promptly in time for the holiday. Packaging was very cute with each item placed in its own branded jewelry box. This was a great buying experience, and that alone was enough to write a good review, but the first night my daughter was wearing her new pendant necklace her sister accidentally pulled it off. The chain broke which I believe was not any defect in the chain and when I inquired about a replacement the In Season team sent a replacement chain right away free of charge. My daughter is back to enjoying her new gift and this was a great experience all around. Thank you In Season Team!
My daughter was gifted earrings for her birthday after recommending the company to family. The posts of a pair of earrings significantly bent while she was wearing them and we were both concerned. I contacted the company and they quickly responded and assured me that this is not normal. They put in the effort to find the order even though I wasn't sure what family member gifted them, and graciously sent me a replacement even though the order was placed outside of their return window. I am impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to replacement daughter's earrings. I went from not wanting to purchase from them again to a very satisfied customer.
