I paid extra to receive my order in 2-4 days and it’s been nearly 2 weeks and I still have not received my order. When I reached out to customer service about this I was told I could refuse the order upon delivery. This was not a helpful “solution” since it’s 1.USPS delivery so it would likely either get placed inside my mailbox or 2.delivered to my mailroom. After I stated this the customer service representative said that because it was in transit that there was not a way to submit a refund. I would have to wait until it arrived first then contact them to process the refund. That was a week ago. I just checked my tracking number and the package has somehow been rerouted back to the sender. I sent a follow up email in regards to this and will see what comes back. If the package was somehow rerouted and was never informed on this that’s an awful way to conduct business.
