I kind of fell into the aesthetic Instagram trap of Insérif. I ordered a case for Christmas. It didn't arrive on time at all (now after reading the reviews, I'm realizing why). But that wasn't the issue, I'm okay with waiting. The issue:The case came with a big, visible scratch and the color (supposed to look beige) looked GREY. The quality is really poor, not luxurious at all sadly.So I wrote an e-mail , asking for a refund or an exchange. They acknowledged it and asked me, whether the packaging arrived damaged, to which I said no. Their answer was so absurd lol: "Because the damage didn't happen in transit, we can't offer you a full refund". So they admitted it was their fault, not the delivery people's, but said they couldn't refund? I think they're just hoping that their customers don't know their rights and stay silent.Anyways, I responded, stating my buyer rights, let's see what will happen.So sadly, do not order, they're not at all what they portray... Wouldn't have left a bad review if they would've just given me the refund or an exchange, but their customer service is really disappointing and not at all what luxury should stand for :(Please do better!
