AVOID!!!

Products took an age to arrive, found the exact same product on Amazon and Temu which are the exact same quality at a quarter of the price.

Ordered a phone case and a laptop sleeve, the phone case hardly clips onto the device and offers zero protection. If I could have posted this on the website I would but there is no option to leave a review for a product.

unfortunately I ordered something that…

unfortunately I ordered something that would not fit my phone and asked to cancel the order 5 mins after placing it. this company CLAIM to handmake every piece and it takes a few days but it appears 5 mins is too late to cancel an order as it had been made bahahahaha, what a joke! very ambiguous messaging and they refuse to cancel my order so I have a useless piece arriving in the post that will go in the bin! shameful business model

Poor Design

I ordered a phone case for my daughter as a gift and her charging cable does not fit in the slot. It is not large enough. I was told that they only fit the cases to the original cable. How many people are still using the original cord these days? Most people end up purchasing third-party cables. Seems like a poor response and if that is the case they need to advertise this as it is not on the website.

Do not shop here!!!!!!!!

Yet to receive a response from their customer service after a month of emailing them. Product shipped straight from China (says so on the shipping notification) and doesn’t feel very good quality at all unfortunately. Doesn’t feel premium like their website and photography suggests.*Update - they have tried to have my review taken down for 'defamation.' How funny that they can reply within hours to a review, and I've not had a single reply to any emails sent over the space of a month. Shocking service, do not shop here.

Overall Experience

Overall, the design looks very nice. However, unfortunately the case slightly bends at the top left corner of my screen. I think this might be a defect caused by trying to shape the leather too sharply. Sadly, when I use the phone, my eyes always get drawn to that area. Other than that, I’m satisfied with the product.

Big no :(

I kind of fell into the aesthetic Instagram trap of Insérif. I ordered a case for Christmas. It didn't arrive on time at all (now after reading the reviews, I'm realizing why). But that wasn't the issue, I'm okay with waiting. The issue:The case came with a big, visible scratch and the color (supposed to look beige) looked GREY. The quality is really poor, not luxurious at all sadly.So I wrote an e-mail , asking for a refund or an exchange. They acknowledged it and asked me, whether the packaging arrived damaged, to which I said no. Their answer was so absurd lol: "Because the damage didn't happen in transit, we can't offer you a full refund". So they admitted it was their fault, not the delivery people's, but said they couldn't refund? I think they're just hoping that their customers don't know their rights and stay silent.Anyways, I responded, stating my buyer rights, let's see what will happen.So sadly, do not order, they're not at all what they portray... Wouldn't have left a bad review if they would've just given me the refund or an exchange, but their customer service is really disappointing and not at all what luxury should stand for :(Please do better!

Careful SCAM !! (Order to Germany)

Careful SCAM !!! I ordered my case 17 days ago and paid for express shipping and have only received it yesterday. Havent received an answer from the customer service that I contacted 10 days ago until now. Case looks incredibly cheap. Personalized letters don’t look like they will last long and are way too thick.
