What I received only had her name, ruining the birthday gift experience. Their website claims a 99-day return policy, but it actually only offers 15 days. They provide only an email for contact, and their responses suggest they are not a legitimate business. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a full refund, customer service offered a 15% discount instead. I have reached out twice since and received no response. I doubt I will get any money back or an exchange for the product I paid for. Truly a disappointing experience; I recommend spending your money elsewhere.
