Everything about this experience, from shipping to product quality, feels like a scam. I highly recommend avoiding this site.
The product I received looks nothing like what was advertised. It appeared that the information was taken from another seller's page. I ordered a tumbler with a visible logo, but the item arrived without any logos. The color was also different from what I ordered, and the etching was barely visible. Their refund policy claims to offer full refunds for incorrect products, but after three emails, they only offered a 35% refund. I recommend reaching out to your payment provider for a better chance of resolution.
This shop is a scam. I regret not researching them before my purchase. I ordered a custom blanket for my daughter's 10th birthday, which was supposed to feature specific emblems and her name. What I received only had her name, ruining the birthday gift experience. Their website claims a 99-day return policy, but it actually only offers 15 days. They provide only an email for contact, and their responses suggest they are not a legitimate business. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a full refund, customer service offered a 15% discount instead. I have reached out twice since and received no response. I doubt I will get any money back or an exchange for the product I paid for. Truly a disappointing experience; I recommend spending your money elsewhere.
The customization of the lineup board was fine, but it had the word BUNS instead of RUNS. While that was somewhat amusing, my main issue is that the board is not functional as advertised. It is neither metal nor magnetic, and it does not allow for dry-erase use. Instead, it appears to be made of hard plastic or cardboard. It also didn't come with the promised magnets or carrying case. It looks good but is ultimately useless. Disappointed coach.
