Disappointing experience with unresponsive service

The service ignored all my emails and withdrew money from my account at will. I hadn't reached the low balance threshold that would warrant this; they simply took more funds because it had been some time. When I requested a reversal, they refused. I recommend choosing a different option; there are much better services available.

Beware of this insurance provider

I began my journey with this insurance provider in 2021, paying £94 monthly. Since then, I’ve maintained the policy without any accidents or claims, and my license is fully up to date. However, the cost has been rising each month, and I now pay £260 monthly. There’s nothing in my record that warrants such an increase, which raises concerns about how they would handle someone who actually experiences an accident or needs to file a claim. I faced a real incident where a vehicle hit me from behind and then fled. When I contacted the service for guidance, they were unhelpful and even hung up on me. Ultimately, I had to repair my vehicle on my own without any support from the provider. A friend of mine, who works in delivery and puts in even more hours than I do, faced a similar situation. He was hit and the other driver fled, but a different insurance provider assisted him throughout the process, allowing him to get his vehicle repaired without hassle. In contrast, this provider, which charges significantly more, is careless, unprofessional, and fails to deliver genuine support when it’s needed. I want to caution other delivery drivers: tread carefully with this insurance. If prices keep escalating without justification and they can’t offer help when it’s necessary, consider the implications if you ever have a serious claim. I’m eagerly awaiting the end of my policy so I can transition to a more affordable and dependable provider. Please share this information to prevent others from facing a similar predicament.

No access to my previous policy

I cannot access my previous policy, and I had to wait for assistance. They do not provide an option to transfer it to a new vehicle, which results in the cancellation of the old policy and the creation of a new one. Their policy lacks a recovery option.
