We hired this company for pest control with the promise of a wasp and spider-free home. They completely failed to hold up their end. Despite multiple visits and assurances that the problem was handled, I ended up being stung twice by wasps, the first time in over 30 years. Our house is also still covered in spiders, even though their service was supposed to prevent that.When I called to cancel, they still tried to charge us even though their treatment clearly didn’t work. Paying for something that didn’t deliver on its promises is not acceptable.I would not recommend this company. Poor results, poor accountability, and zero customer care when it comes to standing behind their work.
