I am quite dissatisfied. We invested over a substantial amount of my late mother's funds. After her passing, several investments matured and were held without earning interest. Additionally, the guarantee was no longer valid as the funds were all with the platform. After lodging a complaint, they proposed a solution, but they took two weeks longer than expected to release funds requiring probate. Now, they state it will take until a specific date to close the account. I would advise avoiding them if possible.
