The concept is excellent and generally works well, but there seems to be a significant delay between when interest is due and when it appears in your account. It also takes days, rather than minutes, to credit new accounts or fully process account closures. There appears to be a lot of manual work behind the scenes, making it not fully integrated with partner banks. I've encountered issues with late interest payments and unexpected fees. I will remain with them for now, but they need to improve.
