I was passed to another staff member, and during a follow-up call, I felt rushed and struggled to convey my request. Instead of receiving the garland photo I had asked for, I got links to products and a picture of just berry stems. I was told a florist would assemble something by the week's end, but that never happened. When I called again, no one was available. I was disappointed to receive an internal email mistakenly forwarded to me that referred to me as “the customer they were on the phone with for ages,” which felt unprofessional. I reached out again but received no acknowledgment. I eventually decided to shop elsewhere. This was a straightforward request: replicate a garland, send a photo, and take payment. Instead, I was left chasing responses.
