We frequently explore the warehouse to gather ideas and products for our home. During my last visit to a Christmas open night, I was genuinely impressed by the detail and effort put into everything! I'm eagerly anticipating my next visit. Highly recommend!
I reached out to the company after seeing a mantel garland on social media. I spoke with a representative who was friendly and promised a sample. However, the service declined sharply. I was passed to another staff member, and during a follow-up call, I felt rushed and struggled to convey my request. Instead of receiving the garland photo I had asked for, I got links to products and a picture of just berry stems. I was told a florist would assemble something by the week's end, but that never happened. When I called again, no one was available. I was disappointed to receive an internal email mistakenly forwarded to me that referred to me as “the customer they were on the phone with for ages,” which felt unprofessional. I reached out again but received no acknowledgment. I eventually decided to shop elsewhere. This was a straightforward request: replicate a garland, send a photo, and take payment. Instead, I was left chasing responses. In summary: • Good initial call. • Slow follow-up and rushed communication. • Received incorrect items. • Unprofessional comment about my call. • No follow-up acknowledgment. • I chose to shop elsewhere. I share this review to inform potential customers that while the products may appear lovely online, the support may be lacking. If you can visit in person, you might have a better experience.
I mistakenly ordered too many of an item. I reached out for assistance, and a representative was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use their services again.
Over the years, I've purchased many Christmas baubles from this company. They always have a wonderful variety, with excellent quality and reasonable prices for everyone. They provide outstanding service; please continue your great work!
I initially ordered flowers from another provider, and while the sample was lovely, the actual flowers were not satisfactory. In a panic, I visited the company with my mother just days before my wedding. Thankfully, a staff member was incredibly helpful and crafted beautiful aisle markers that matched my bouquet perfectly. She had everything ready for me in time, and they looked stunning on the day. If you're seeking wedding-related items, this is definitely the place to go!
I'm really saddened that I won't be returning to the company. I bought Christmas lights two years ago, and after only two seasons, they stopped working. I paid a significant amount for them, and now I have a tree without lights this year. While they were apologetic, they offered no solutions.
