I returned items on 8/4, took until 9/6 to receive an email stating I was getting a refund. Problem is the account listed is not my credit card. Today I provided proof of which credit card was used. The response I received from Iris Hernandez “We have a system that automatically processes refunds. We do not enter your card details manually. We do not even have access to your card information. This is our last response.” I guess no refund is being made to me but somebody got my refund. I would not trust making purchases through their website. I doubt I am the first person to have their refund be delayed by over 30 days only to have it refunded to someone else’s account.
