I ordered a mini kit for my child for the holiday in mid to late November. The website stated deliveries could take up to 30 days. As the holiday approached without a shipping notification, I reached out for an update. They wouldn’t provide a shipping notification but assured me it was on the way. When it didn’t arrive by the holiday, I requested to cancel the order, but they refused and told me to trust them. I insisted on canceling, but they again denied my request, urging patience. Their site stated that orders could be canceled prior to shipping. I have yet to receive the kit or any shipping notification. This feels like a fraudulent company. Avoid buying anything from them.
